We zoeken een ervaren Programmamanager Urban Development die zich kan instellen voor het opzetten en leiden van stedelijke vernieuwing in onze gemeente. Als specialist word je verantwoordelijk voor het integreren van wijkaanpakken, vertegenwoordiging van onze gemeente in regionale verbanden, coördinatie van financiële stromen en ondersteuning van een gefundeerde koers.

Werkzaamheden

  • Opzetten en leiden van stedelijke vernieuwing in ons gebied;
  • Integreren van de wijkaanpak in de stedelijke vernieuwing;
  • Vertegenwoordigen van onze gemeente in diverse regionale verbanden;
  • Coördineren van verschillende financiële (subsidie)stromen waar we bij betrokken zijn;
  • Uitdragen van een gefundeerde en gemotiveerde koers binnen de gemeente;
  • Ondersteunen en initiëren van een regionale lobby-aanpak;
  • Identificeren van lokale verhalen en beoordelen van draagvlak en ontvankelijkheid;

Eisen en wensen

  • Je hebt aantoonbare en relevante ervaring in het werken in een complex krachtenveld tussen bestuur en ambtelijke organisatie;
  • Je hebt ervaring met bestuurlijke en omgevingssensitiviteit en bent gewend om met meerdere niveaus te schakelen;
  • Je hebt een WO werk- en denkniveau.

Salaris

Ons salaris is conform CAO Gemeenten (schaal 13/14). Daarnaast bieden wij een pensioenregeling bij BeFrank en reiskostenvergoeding €0.23 per kilometer en €3 netto thuiswerkvergoeding.

Functieomschrijving

Het projectleider stedelijke vernieuwing heeft als hoofdtaak de aansturing van projecten rondom de thema's stadsgroei en stedelijke vernieuwing. Hiervoor wordt samengewerkt met afwisselende externe partijen en medewerkers vanuit andere diensten en divisies. Dit moet worden bereikt door expliciet mediabele doelen en gesloten akkoorden. Het beleid geeft prioriteit aan de creatie van zowel verbindingen als verschillen. Dat wil zeggen dat we proberen de behoefte tot vrijheid voort te brengen via ongewone overtuigingen die variëren van prettige artistieke uitingsvormen tot dwingende technische intuïties.

De projectleider stedelijke vernieuwing zoekt naar maatschappelijke vraagstukken die relevant zijn voor het welzijn van burgers en de rol van buurten, locaties, wegennetten, treinstations, stationsknooppunten, industriezones, poorten, pleinen, ziekenhuizen en parken hierbij.
