{"Key Responsibilities": "As a Sales Growth Specialist, your primary duties will include:

* Proactively achieving annual revenue growth and territory quotas through strategic outbound outreach and follow-ups on qualified leads.
* Cultivating relationships with existing clients and driving account growth within the assigned territory.
* Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, cold calls, and targeted email campaigns.
* Conducting thorough market research to pinpoint key players and market trends, enabling strategic decision-making.
* Crafting compelling proposals and quotes tailored to prospective clients' needs and requirements.
* Collaborating closely with regional account managers to maximize account potential and drive overall revenue growth.
* Serving as a liaison between clients and our Product Marketing Management team, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

* A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) coupled with 3-5 years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the life science cold chain logistics and supply chain industry.
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos both online and in-person.
* Strong proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
* A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to execute tactical plans to achieve financial goals.
* Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
* A collaborative spirit and a track record of thriving in cross-functional team environments.
