CMA CGM Holland is a leading container shipping company in Europe, and we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Officer to join our Sales team in the Short Sea Line (SSL) department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the maritime industry, and the ability to develop and manage a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Account Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of SME accounts for all export, import, and cross-trade activities.
  • Finance: Ensure accurate invoicing, manage credit agreements, and resolve disputes related to contracts, quotes, or filing.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor customer performance, create sales call notes, and report results to Sales Management.

The successful candidate will have fluency in Dutch and English, with French being a plus. They will also have knowledge of MS Office software, CRM software, and relevant CMA-CGM systems.
