At CMA CGM Holland, we are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Officer to join our Sales team in the Short Sea Line (SSL) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a customer portfolio in a specified geographic area, in accordance with Agency Business Plan Management.

The Inside Sales Officer will sell products and services related to the portfolio, while promoting the Group's image and values. Their overall goal is to grow the business, improve the customer experience, and increase the loyalty factor of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through sales.

The key responsibilities of the Inside Sales Officer include:

  • Account Management: Overall result responsibility for a portfolio of SME accounts for all export, import, and cross-trade.
  • Finance: Strive to the highest degree of invoice accuracy and ensure that outstanding invoices are paid within agreed timeframes with customers.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure update of commercial data in the information system, monitor and follow up on customers' performance using data analytics, and create high-quality sales call notes and file them in CRM.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Dutch and English, with French being a preference. They will also have knowledge of MS Office software, CRM software, and relevant CMA-CGM systems. Good communication skills, customer focus, and result-driven attitude are essential for this role.
