Job Title: Business Development ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our core team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with resell partners and e-commerce platform vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive increased product visibility.
- Identify and recruit potential sales partners, such as digital agencies and system integrators, to resell and implement SPARQUE technology.
- Collaborate with partners to develop sales strategies and joint business plans, providing sales tools, training, and resources to enable effective promotion and sales of SPARQUE products and services.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering, to align partnership priorities with company goals and develop mutually beneficial business strategies and initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales & Marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills.
- The ability to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Tenacity and focus, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and simply to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
