Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless goods receipt, storage, and retrieval processes in our Navision ERP system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely carrier pickups.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Handle customer returns efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse organization and cleanliness.
  • Perform various tasks essential to a dynamic warehouse environment.

To facilitate effective communication with suppliers:

  • Courier services
  • Packaging material suppliers
  • Waste management companies
  • Ad-hoc delivery coordination
Requirements

Experience & Training:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced pick/pack/despatch environment, with reliable transportation to Bleiswijk (2665NT).

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong housekeeping skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated monthly salary range is €2200 - 2300, plus an 8% holiday allowance and 3% pension contribution after completing probation.

Standard working hours are 08:00 to 16:30, with a 30-minute lunch break.

A generous holiday package includes 20 days per year, rising to 26 days with continuous service.
