Your Role

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the key point of contact between our customers, sales teams, and operational departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication and support to our customers, while also overseeing new orders, reviewing invoices, and coordinating customer orders with our Operational Care Centre Team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with existing customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Oversee new orders, ensuring data accuracy and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate invoices and other essential documents to maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate customer orders with the Operational Care Centre Team, ensuring smooth execution within operational systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage and enhance relationships with your existing customer portfolio.
  • Provide proactive advice and consultancy to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Monitor internal data and customer KPIs, aligning them with customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement through actionable insights.
  • Streamline administrative processes, ensuring they are efficient, controlled, and successful, while applying your flexibility and problem-solving skills to achieve positive outcomes.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Previous experience in road freight and/or customer service is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle both order management and some finance-related responsibilities.
  • Strong team player with the capability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and distinguish between main and secondary issues.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of both English and Dutch.
