We are seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager to oversee sourcing initiatives within our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing sourcing activities that cater to our clients' needs, which includes managing sourcing processes such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ, as well as renegotiating existing agreements.
You will lead sourcing efforts for various clients, primarily focusing on Liberty Central and Scale, with the opportunity to engage with different clients over time. The duration of your engagement with each client will typically range from 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of ad hoc assignments as required.
Given the diverse procurement categories that our services cover, this position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage with a wide array of procurement categories. Your role may involve working closely with specific departments within the client organization, such as Technology, IT, Marketing, or Contact Center, or you may have a broader remit that spans multiple departments.
As the Procurement Delivery Manager, collaboration with the Sourcing Strategy team is essential. You are expected to deliver high-quality work efficiently and on schedule, while meeting established annual savings targets. This position demands a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, and proficient negotiation skills. You should also be adept at integrating emerging technologies into your daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be motivated, and be adaptable to a fast-paced and demanding environment, engaging with various clients across different regions. Previous experience in procurement is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Delivery: Collaborate closely with the LPS Category Intelligence team to contribute to the development of Category Strategies for your assigned projects and suppliers.
Tendering & Supplier Selection: Refine requirements with internal stakeholders and prepare necessary documentation for Requests for Information/Requests for Quotation using our online sourcing platform. Lead the tendering process to ensure fairness among all suppliers by establishing an objective evaluation framework.
Contract Management: Finalize agreements based on the outcomes of your tendering processes or renegotiations with existing suppliers. This may involve establishing Framework Agreements for new suppliers or Statements of Work for current suppliers.
Procurement Value Recognition: Assess the value generated from your sourcing activities and track results such as cost reductions and improvements in total cost of ownership, adhering to the applicable savings guidelines within the LPS system.
Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with internal clients is crucial to ensure a seamless sourcing process and optimize outcomes.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Provide support to internal clients as needed during the contract lifecycle, assisting with formal change requests or other modifications that may have commercial implications. Continuously monitor the contract renewal timeline to allow adequate time for sourcing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement. Experience in an international or multi-country service environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong focus on customer service.Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and networking skills, capable of relating effectively to individuals at all organizational levels and with suppliers. Strong change management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively. A proactive, results-driven approach. Experience in sourcing processes, including competitive bidding, effective tendering, negotiation preparation and execution, supplier screening, and total cost of ownership analysis is advantageous. Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Familiarity with procurement technology tools and systems, particularly those related to supplier collaboration. Proficient in English, both oral and written, with strong negotiation capabilities.Benefits:
