About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Delivery Sourcing Manager to join our team at Liberty Global Corporate BV. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for delivering sourcing activities for our customers, which includes driving sourcing processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) to renegotiation of existing contracts and contracting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Category Strategy development and collaborate closely with the LPS Category Intelligence team for the project/supplier involved.
  • Finetune requirements with internal customers and prepare Request for Information/Request/Quotation documents in our online Sourcing tool.
  • Lead the set-out tendering process, ensuring an equal playing field for all suppliers involved, by preparing an objective evaluation framework.
  • Bring together the outcome of your tendering process or renegotiations with existing suppliers in an agreement, which can vary from putting a Framework agreement in place for new suppliers or Statement of Work for existing suppliers.
  • Calculate the Procurement value delivered on your sourcing activities and supervise the result (e.g. price reduction, costs avoidance, TCO improvement) in line with applicable savings rules in the LPS system.
  • Build a good relationship with internal customers to ensure a smooth sourcing process and optimize your results.
  • Support internal customers when and where needed when contract is life by supporting formal change requests or other changes with commercial implications.

Requirements

  • Academic background (minimum Bachelor): preferably in business administration, or finance/procurement or equivalent experience.
  • Validated experience in procurement.
  • Preferably experience in an international/multi-country/service environment.
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
