Procurement Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Procurement Delivery Manager to oversee sourcing operations within our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing sourcing initiatives for our clients, which includes managing sourcing activities such as RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, as well as renegotiating existing agreements.
You will lead sourcing efforts for one of our key clients, with the potential to engage with various clients over time. The duration of your involvement with each client may range from 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of ad hoc assignments as needed.
Given the diverse procurement categories we engage with, this position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to work across various departments, such as Technology, IT, Marketing, and Customer Service.
As the Procurement Delivery Manager, collaboration with the Sourcing Strategy team is essential. You will be expected to deliver high-quality work efficiently and on schedule, while meeting established savings targets. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and adept negotiation capabilities. You should also be comfortable integrating emerging technologies into your daily tasks.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and demanding environment, with prior experience in procurement being highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Execution: Collaborate closely with the Category Intelligence team to contribute to the development of Category Strategies for your assigned projects.
Tendering & Supplier Selection: Refine requirements with internal stakeholders and prepare necessary documentation for sourcing processes. Lead the tendering process to ensure fairness among all suppliers by establishing an objective evaluation framework.
Contract Management: Finalize agreements based on the outcomes of your tendering processes or renegotiations, which may include establishing Framework Agreements for new suppliers or Statements of Work for existing suppliers.
Value Recognition: Assess the value generated from your sourcing activities and monitor results such as cost reductions and improvements in total cost of ownership, adhering to applicable savings guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth sourcing process and optimize outcomes.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Provide support to internal clients during the contract lifecycle, assisting with formal change requests and monitoring contract renewal timelines to ensure timely sourcing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, procurement, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement. Experience in an international or multi-country service environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong customer service focus.Skills:
Exceptional communication and networking abilities, capable of engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. Strong change management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Proactive and results-driven mindset. Experience in sourcing activities, including competitive bidding, effective tendering, negotiation preparation, and supplier selection. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with procurement technology tools and systems. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with strong negotiation skills.Benefits:
