The Role:
We are seeking a talented Functional Application Manager with a focus on our CRM system, Salesforce. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our essential software.

As a key player, you will manage, enhance, and expand processes, automation, and integrations primarily for our CRM, Salesforce.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our Salesforce CRM in optimal condition as a dedicated Salesforce expert.
  • Quickly address incoming requests from users.
  • Adhere to agile methodologies and participate in daily scrums.
  • Fortify our organization by managing all CRM integrations.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to comprehend the CRM's logic and its business applications.
  • Design and implement new processes based on your insights or colleague requests.
  • Engage in projects as an IT specialist, providing guidance to various departments.
  • Embrace challenges and persist until you find effective solutions for all parties involved.

Qualifications:
This position is ideal for you if you possess:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
  • Experience with Salesforce API and third-party tool integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud.
  • Basic skills in Apex coding.
  • Experience with CPQ.
  • A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach in a service-oriented team.
  • The ability to understand stakeholder requirements across departments.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • An understanding of cross-functional dependencies.
  • Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud (Pardot).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, both within Salesforce and generally.
  • Experience with Business Central (ERP).
