We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused full-time Field Sales Specialist to join our Structural Heart division. This role is pivotal in fostering business growth and enhancing market presence within the mid/east Netherlands region. This position is ideal for individuals with robust relationship management capabilities and a few years of relevant commercial experience.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the autonomy to work independently while contributing to the improvement of patients suffering from (severe) Aortic Stenosis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving set objectives for sales and market share expansion.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Negotiating long-term agreements.
- Taking a comprehensive approach to account management, focusing on optimizing patient pathways and market development.
- Overseeing accounts and coordinating various account activities.
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with diverse teams to meet customer needs.
- Enhancing tender management processes in the region.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- A proven track record with at least 5 – 7 years of sales experience, ideally in cardiology or structural heart.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in presentation and negotiation.
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
- A goal-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial and proactive approach.
- Residency in the mid/east of the Netherlands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product launches, territory planning, and forecasting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with working in a complex and fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects.
