About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at TTI, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with and support a defined customer base to increase sales opportunities and customer penetration.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales management, product management, and marketing, to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Commercial and/or technical vocational training.
  • Several years of sales experience, particularly in telephone customer service or in a call centre.
  • Experience in acquiring new customers and developing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
