Wat ga je doen bij Hogeschool Utrecht

Voor het Team Evenementen van de afdeling Marketing & Communicatie zijn we op zoek naar een medewerker die zich bezig gaat houden met het organiseren van evenementen voor de instituten en de kenniscentra.

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van verschillende evenementen. Je kunt daarbij denken aan het organiseren van fysieke en online open dagen, open avonden en meeloopdagen. Je bent contactpersoon voor opleidingen, coördineert en delegeert taken en stuurt verschillende teams aan van docenten en studenten. Je houdt deadlines in de gaten en zorgt dat zaken conform tijd, kwaliteit en budget worden opgeleverd en afgerond. Jij hebt het totale overzicht over alle deelprojecten en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Jouw profiel
Wij willen graag dat jij succesvol wordt in jouw nieuwe baan. Daarom lezen wij graag in jouw CV dat jij:
  • Ervaring hebt met het organiseren van hybride, fysieke en digitale evenementen die tegelijkertijd draaien;
  • Beschikt over een bachelor-diploma;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring hebt met het zelfstandig organiseren van evenementen, bij voorkeur binnen het onderwijs;
  • Kennis van digitale eventtools is een pré, zoals werken met Salesforce, Teams en diverse eventapps.
Wat bieden wij jou

  • Wij bieden een arbeidsovereenkomst van een jaar (D4) met een omvang van 0,8 fte. Verlenging behoort tot de mogelijkheden;
  • Het bruto maandsalaris bij een volledig dienstverband is maximaal € 4720,40 (schaal 9 cao HBO);
  • Je kunt kiezen voor een NS Business Card, zodat al je OV-reizen (voor werk en privé) kosteloos zijn.
