About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Delta Electronics EMEA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the power supply market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, trade shows, and other sales channels.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in the power supply industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of power supplies and ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to speak another language a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
