Role: Talent Development Partner

Location: Delft, hybrid – 2 days from the office

Role Purpose: As a Talent Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and maximizing the potential of NCC colleagues. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing development initiatives to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce that aligns with our business and People strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs and workshops to enhance colleague and manager skills, knowledge, and performance.

• Partner with HR to integrate talent development initiatives into the performance management process.

• Utilize various tools and methods to identify high-potential colleagues across all levels of NCC.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate skills, competencies, and potential for advancement.

• Collaborate with managers and HRBPs to support the creation of individual development plans for colleagues.

• Work collaboratively with the business areas to create and refresh career paths.

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness and impact of development programs.

Requirements:

• Experience in designing, implementing, and facilitating progressive, evidence-based, and inclusive learning programs.

• Ability to put the learner at the heart of content curation and creation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

• Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and trends.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Experience Platforms or Learning Management Systems.
