Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Supermicro. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our enterprise customers, promoting internal switch products to provide optimized customer networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical services and work directly with customers to resolve technical issues, including server systems, PC systems, and computer peripherals.
  • Establish and maintain lines of communication with sales teams to discuss services and technical issues.
  • Continually develop knowledge base of current and new products, create and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Provide service to effectively resolve customer concerns and issues, help 24-hour technical support phone/email and weekly FAQ.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or computer science degree with 3+ years related work experience.
  • Strong sense of teamwork, organizational skills, and a good team player.
  • Ownership (take full responsibility & accountability to assigned projects and tasks).
  • Integrity (say what you do and do what you say).
  • Good communication (quick response to mails and phone calls).
  • Solid technical skills (understand what you are doing).
  • General knowledge of motherboard and server system products and services.
