As a Service Delivery Manager at ING, you will play a pivotal role in driving the bank's vision of Staying Safe & Secure by ensuring operational design, control, and resilience across various business lines.
The Centre of Excellence (CoE) Sourcing and Shared Services is responsible for ensuring ING is in Control of all its sourced activities globally. Our value proposition focuses on designing ING's sourcing approach, defining standards for the lifecycle of sourcing, and providing oversight and reporting on compliance and regulations.
We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager to enable ING in their Sourcing Strategy by guiding Service Owners globally in their sourcing journey towards ING HUBs or specialized 'in-Country Hubs'. As a key member of the CoE Sourcing & Shared services team, you will be responsible for guiding various Business Lines within ING Bank NV and local entities across the globe to achieve their sourcing goals in line with ING's Strategy.
Your primary objective will be to define effective and efficient sourcing roadmaps and work closely with local transition managers and BL specialists in the ING HUBs who run the sourcing projects. You will maintain oversight during migrations for your stakeholders and ensure that the Life Cycle Management of their sourced services aligns with internal and external policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree with 3-5 years of generic banking experience, preferably in the area of sourcing/offshoring and/or procurement/contracting management. You will possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as decisiveness power and persuasiveness. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
A competitive salary tailored to your qualities and experience is offered, ranging from €60,000 to €90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications. Additional benefits include 24-27 vacation days, pension scheme, 13th month salary, Individual Savings Contribution (BIS), 8% Holiday payment, and hybrid working arrangements.
