Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Climate Manager to join our team at Sia Partners. As a Climate Manager, you will be responsible for leading our climate-related business development efforts and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement climate-related business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide expert advice to clients on climate-related matters, including ESG and carbon assessment
  • Lead consulting missions and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
  • Develop thought leadership materials, such as case studies and expertise letters, to promote our climate expertise
  • Coach and guide consultants on climate-related matters, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a first-class university in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, economics)
  • Extensive insight into climate-related matters, including ESG and carbon assessment
  • Broad network in big corporate (stock-listed size)
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in a consulting company in the energy sector
  • Self-starting, flexible, and entrepreneurial person with proven business development skills
  • Ability to monitor company or market trends, evolutions, and new challenges, and trigger actions within Sia Partners to adapt our offering or launch prospection
  • The candidate has successfully conducted relevant projects and managed teams
  • Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch, and English. Dutch is a must
