About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes creatively, ensuring flawless service preparation, and contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preparatory tasks such as washing, cutting, and cooking.
  • Maintain mise en place for smooth service operations.
  • Assess the quality of ingredients used in dishes.
  • Prepare dishes according to recipes or specific instructions.
  • Conduct interim quality checks on cooking, taste, and presentation.
  • Portion, plate, execute à la minute cooking tasks, and garnish dishes.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
  • Make suggestions for menu, recipe, and garnish adjustments.
  • Assist and mentor kitchen interns and trainees.
  • Monitor and record ingredient usage.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of culinary experience.
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays and weekends.
  • Ability to connect with people through personalized service.
