Job Title: Chef de Partie Grand Café Krasnapolsky

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned stations to ensure consistency of preparation and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned stations and colleagues to ensure quality of food products and preparations according to predefined quality standards.
  • Train colleagues on product knowledge, preparation, and presentation of dishes.
  • Follow recipes and take into account waste management and breakage.
  • Ensure all stations are clean and tidy at all times and that all colleagues work according to hygiene and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Creativity, a hands-on mentality, and eagerness to exceed expectations.
  • Knowledge of kitchen hygiene activities and health and safety standards.
  • Great passion for cooking and delivering a special guest experience.
  • Knowledge of the latest food trends and ability to apply developments in work.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English language, Dutch is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new things.
