Business Analyst FX Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst FX to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a Business Analyst FX, you will play a key role in improving the performance of our Global Markets Foreign eXchange (FX) propositions, processes, and systems.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze product, process, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with FX strategies. Your analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex issues will be essential in providing structural solutions.
As a Business Analyst FX, you will contribute to the goals of the Global Markets, its Grid, and value chain. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into Product Backlog Items and implement and validate process models.
We are looking for a candidate with 6-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the Financial Services Industry. You should have experience in requirement analysis, IT projects, and be able to coach less experienced colleagues.
About the TeamYou will be part of the FX Value Chain team, which is responsible for the implementation of the strategy for FX. The team consists of 1 Lead Product Owner and 6 Business Analysts, and you will report to the Lead Product Owner.
