About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our FX Value Chain team at ABN AMRO. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the performance of our Global Markets Foreign eXchange (FX) propositions, processes, and systems.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze product, process, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with FX strategies. Your analytical mindset and ability to provide structural solutions will be essential in translating complex issues into effective and efficient change.

As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to the goals of the Global Markets, its Grid, and value chain. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to realize actual change and monitor delivered quality.

About the Team

The FX Value Chain team is responsible for implementing the strategy for FX. We take end-to-end ownership, ensuring effective and efficient change with proven impact for the FX business. Our team consists of 1 Lead Product Owner and 6 Business Analysts, and you will report to the Lead Product Owner.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following core competencies:

  • Experience in IT projects with proven impact
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the Financial Services Industry

  • Easily translate a holistic view into concrete actions
About the Benefits

We offer a competitive gross monthly salary, including vacation pay and benefit budget. You will also receive a personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3,000. Additionally, you will have the option to work from home, and we offer an annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
