About the Role:

We're seeking an ambitious Client Director to drive the success and growth of MetrixLab NL. The ideal candidate will be an agile and innovative market research expert with exceptional client relationship skills and the energy to thrive in a dynamic environment. Primary objectives include driving business growth (measured in sold bookings) and supporting the team in delivering research projects.

To Achieve These Goals, You Will:

  • Develop and present research proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate and sell research projects related to brand and communication, as well as product innovation client needs.
  • Work with the research team to deliver research projects, from kick-off to presenting insights.
  • Build and grow lasting client relationships.

The role requires a hands-on individual who can wear multiple hats and engage with clients. You'll manage accounts in a mature yet agile way, responsible for building client relationships and realizing budgets.
