Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Barge Terminal Optimizer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing terminal operations.

  • Process and analyze data on stock, demand, production, fleet, and terminal constraints to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Identify and discuss spot transport opportunities with the team to optimize fleet utilization and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock targets, margin, and fleet utilization.
  • Participate in a duty schedule outside of regular office hours to ensure 24/7 operations.
  • Collaborate with the team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics or supply chain management.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
