Job Opportunity:
WorldFirst is seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive growth and expansion in Europe, excluding the UK. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional marketing strategy to acquire small to medium-sized businesses engaged in cross-border trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to target European markets, with a focus on field marketing activities.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing team to localize the regional marketing strategy, ensuring content is aligned with regional nuances and customer considerations.
- Drive customer acquisition through online and offline channels, leveraging global marketing, in-house, and third-party resources.
- Set measurable KPIs and demonstrate marketing ROI through attribution modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent marketing messaging and proposition.
Requirements:
- Senior-level marketing experience with a focus on regional and strategic marketing.
- Fluency in English and German, with additional European languages an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading and influencing teams, managing marketing budgets, and navigating fast-paced environments.
- Ability to adapt to a matric organization and work across multiple geographic time zones.
