Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to join our WorldFirst team in Amsterdam or London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Europe, excluding the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to target small to medium-sized businesses in the Netherlands and Germany engaged in cross-border trade.
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to localize marketing initiatives and ensure content is aligned with regional nuances and customer considerations.
- Drive customer acquisition through online and offline channels, leveraging global marketing, in-house, and third-party resources.
- Set measurable KPIs and demonstrate marketing ROI through attribution modeling.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent marketing messaging and proposition.
Requirements:
- Senior-level marketing experience with a focus on regional and strategic marketing.
- Fluent in English and ideally German, with additional European languages an advantage.
- Proven track record of leading and influencing teams, managing marketing budgets, and navigating fast-paced environments.
- Ability to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and adapt to changing circumstances.
