We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our SAP Premium Engagement team. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will be responsible for defining and orchestrating the portfolio of services to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers to drive action plans
  • Define Premium Engagement Service plans with customers
  • Identify innovation opportunities leveraging SAP's technology innovation portfolio
  • Support the adoption of SAP recommendations from services delivered
  • Anticipate and identify risks and top issues
  • Drive prevention of risks and resolution of issues
  • Ensure value recognition and visibility of value delivered at customer
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or physics
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen, and presentation skills
  • Highly customer service-oriented with strong customer management skills
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
  • Open to travel
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
Work Experience
  • 3+ years in customer engagement management, project management, or program management relating to SAP engagements
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including extended SAP software product and SAP cloud service experience
  • Good understanding of SAP technology and SAP Business Suite/Tools
  • SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform knowledge and experience is a plus
Location

This role is based in the Netherlands, and we are not able to offer a relocation budget.
