About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Boskalis. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing contractual support to our project management team on international marine infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contractual and commercial support during the preparation and execution of projects.
  • Develop and implement a proper project administration, including the administration of variation orders and claims.
  • Ensure the timely submission of contract deliverables in relation to the main contract and subcontracts.
  • Review and draft contractual documents, including joint venture agreements, main contracts, and subcontracts.
  • Contribute to contract and subcontract negotiations during the execution phase of a project.
  • Liaise with various departments, including insurance, procurement, and treasury.
  • Develop and maintain contractual awareness within the project team.
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quantity Surveying or Law.
  • At least five years of experience as a Contract Manager.
  • Knowledge of international construction contracts, such as FIDIC and LOGIC contracts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
