About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarder Healthcare to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of healthcare products, including medicines and medical relief goods, to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders in Cargowise and convert them into import and export shipments
- Timely booking of shipments with (road) transporters, airlines, and carriers
- Provide updates and KPIs to customers via phone and email on current shipments
- Monitor shipments and ensure they proceed without problems
- Fulfill agreements with customers and periodically provide them with achieved KPIs
Requirements:
- MBO working and thinking level
- At least 3 years' working experience in freight forwarding in the field of air cargo
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English to communicate with customers

- 28 holidays per year and 8% holiday pay paid out in May
- 5% gratuity paid out in November
