About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager in Sales for Medical Devices. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments, identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities in the region. You will contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan by providing business intelligence for accounts in scope, and develop stakeholder maps, define touchpoints, and action plans to ensure timely updates into systems.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process for customer segments, identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of the annual strategic plan by providing business intelligence for accounts in scope.
- Develop stakeholder maps, define touchpoints, and action plans to ensure timely updates into systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions.
- Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities deriving from clinical support, and perform clinical selling based on clinical support information.
- Gather and share information about next tenders and other commercial opportunities based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders, and clinical support.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of studies in medical science, economics, or similar relevant education.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or Product Specialist in medical device companies.
- Strong customer orientation and fluency in Dutch and English.
- Able to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment based in the southern part of the Netherlands.
