Job Opportunity: Business Controller


  2. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for reviewing projects, preparing forecasts and budgets in conjunction with project managers and entity directors, ensuring the completeness of invoicing and closing of projects.
  3. You will review and support the month-end process and Tagetik load, preparing the month-end management report.
  4. Capex item control, guidance, and processing from Fugro Innovation to other Fugro entities, ensuring timely and complete invoicing of time/hours among Fugro ICO parties.
  5. NPV calculations and business case preparation prior to, during, and upon project closure.
  6. WBSO request support, ensuring compliance with subsidy requirements and being the first point of contact for audit-related subsidy matters.
  7. Contribution to monthly Capex reporting.

About You


  2. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Control or a similar field, with multiple years of experience as a Business Analyst in an international environment.
  3. Experience as a business line, regional, or controller of an operating company, with a successful track record in leading project teams.
  4. Good accounting knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounting and tax requirements.
  5. Ownership and a result-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and development.
  6. A high level of integrity and strong organizational and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication, influencing, and team player skills with excellent English language abilities.
