About the Role

Fugro is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as Country Representative for Taiwan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering strategic relationships, and ensuring seamless operations in the region.

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, developing and executing plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee local operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Fugro: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, promoting the company's values and services.
  • Lead Talent Attraction: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the region.
  • Coordinate Local Activities: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective deployment of resources and assets.
  • Financial Management: Oversee local financial planning, budgeting, and cost management.
  • Office Management: Manage and optimize local office facilities, including investments and divestments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree: Business or Technical discipline.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in a management role, with 3-8 years in a similar position.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Location: This position is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
