Job Description

Foleon, a leading content creation platform, is seeking a highly driven individual to join our team as Head of Revenue Enablement. As a fast-growing international tech scale-up, we're looking for a professional to lead our global Revenue Enablement strategy and program.

About the Role

As Head of Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for building and implementing a best-in-class global Revenue Enablement strategy and program. You will deliver and own programs and tools that result in a more successful and productive Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global Revenue Enablement strategy and program that aligns with Foleon's vision and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with GTM Leadership to create innovative enablement programs, including comprehensive onboarding, ongoing skill development, and role-specific training.
  • Manage the Revenue Enablement Roadmap and ensure delivery of all revenue enablement collateral, including pitch decks, FAQs, and competitive knowledge management system.
  • Baseline and assess SDR & AE skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to increase sales productivity at each stage of the buying process.
  • Help develop and deliver AE frontline manager enablement programs to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively.
  • Own and manage the LMS (Wonderway) for all onboarding and training activities.
  • Manage the revenue enablement repository and establish a process and schedule for review and updating of materials.
  • In partnership with the VP of Global Sales, develop the metrics and overall KPIs for Sales Enablement and its initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a scalable revenue enablement program across multiple product offerings.
  • Evaluate, implement, own, and drive adoption of tools and aids that drive efficiency and enablement.
Requirements
  • An outstanding communicator and presenter.
  • Naturally curious.
  • Self-driven and an active learner who enjoys spending time in the product and learning competitor's products.
  • A strong facilitator; you enjoy leading trainings, establishing best practices and methodologies.
  • Able to distill the most important information out of many sources and translate this into easily digestible language fit for BDRs, AEs, AMs, and CSMs.
  • Organized, structured, and persistent. You can take a helicopter approach and create and improve the processes.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience delivering high-impact enablement programs for global/geo-dispersed commercial teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • A successful track record of maximizing data and analytics to understand performance and improve results.
  • Experience building, managing & measuring sales enablement projects or programs.
  • A proven track record in Revenue Enablement at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in the latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies.
