Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will operate autonomously while contributing to the well-being of patients affected by (severe) Aortic Stenosis. Your time will be primarily spent in healthcare facilities, where you will engage with clients using appropriate tools and solutions. Collaboration with team members and cross-functional colleagues is essential to fully address customer needs. You will proactively seek out leads and sales opportunities that foster sustainable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Meeting established sales targets and driving market share growth.
• Cultivating and sustaining relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Negotiating long-term agreements.
• Adopting a comprehensive approach to account management, focusing on optimizing patient pathways and market development.
• Overseeing accounts and coordinating various account activities.
• Identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
• Collaborating closely with different functions to fulfill customer demands.
• Enhancing tender management processes in the designated region.
Essential Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• A proven track record with 5 to 7 years of sales experience, ideally in cardiology or structural heart sectors.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and strong command of English.
• Advanced skills in presentation and negotiation.
• Proficient in computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
• Goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
• Residing in the mid/east region of the Netherlands.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in product launches, territory planning, and forecasting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with navigating complex and fast-paced environments, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
