**Job Description**
We are seeking an Order Management Intern to join our Customer Fulfillment team for a 6-month period. As an intern, you will manage incoming Business-to-Business customer orders for our European partners, run reports, and assist with SOX controls by analyzing document correctness within our Business Operations department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage orders, queries, and claims from order entry to delivery shipment of product to customers while respecting Service Level Agreements.
- Interface with sales, operations, and other functional groups to ensure smooth order flow.
- Effectively communicate business requirements with all stakeholders.
**Requirements**
- You should be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study program and available for occasional travel to our office.
- Prioritize tasks, possess analytical skills, and excel at communication (verbal and written).
- You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Affinity with MS Office (especially Excel) is necessary.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language: Spanish, Italian, German, or French.
