Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Survitec. As a Service Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our safety solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and plan the delivery of customer orders, including custom and special orders that may require additional resources for delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints about work in progress.
- Provide quotes for local business as needed, ensuring standard pricing and terms are applied in each case.
- Issue certificates promptly and ensure all associated systems are updated accurately.
- Respond to and resolve complex or advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately.
- Plan and coordinate technicians to deliver servicing installation, maintenance, and repairs.
- Schedule and track technician activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate the service delivery plan effectively, ensuring that the plan reflects the resources available.
- Collaborate with stores colleagues and monitor stock levels to ensure all scheduled work can be delivered.
Requirements
- Administrative experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written.
