Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team at Survitec. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and planning the delivery of customer orders, coordinating technician time, and providing timely information to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and process customer orders, including custom and special orders
- Conduct calls with customers to resolve queries and complaints
- Provide quotes for local business and ensure standard pricing and terms are applied
- Issue certificates and update associated systems
- Respond to and resolve complex issue escalations
- Plan and coordinate technicians for servicing installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Schedule and send trip reports to clients
- Communicate service delivery plans and ensure resources are available
- Collaborate with stores colleagues and monitor stock levels
Requirements
- Administrative experience, preferably in the service industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- High school education
- Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written
