We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX Netherlands BV (NL18 Front Office). This role is responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.

About the Job

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor to drive product mind share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to run desk training, tool training and driving product adoption;
  • Supporting the development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth;
  • Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system;
  • Weekly reporting to stakeholders on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline;
  • Supporting the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager;
  • Supporting the execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager;
  • Identifying training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and addressing accordingly;
  • The point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor;
  • Providing direction for the development and maintenance of web tools such as InTouch, Licensing Online (LOL) as well as vendor micro-sites and online configurators;
  • Communicating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams;
  • Running call out days on the sales floor and/or the Business Unit sales teams;
  • Promoting and selling TD SYNNEX's e-business services through the sales floor and/or Business Unit sales teams;
  • Engaging directly with customers depending on role requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A strong ability to build structured sales activity and drive business growth.
  • An understanding of IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors and Competition.
  • Experience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage.
  • A working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Telephone sales skills.
  • A degree in a business-related subject is desirable/ an advantage.
