Administrative HR Coordinator

About the Role
As an Administrative HR Assistant at DSV, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. Your administrative experience will be utilized to manage various tasks, including absence tracking, report preparation, and employee data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, including anniversaries and retirement eligibility
- Process salary adjustments based on years of experience
- Track certifications to maintain an up-to-date overview of employee qualifications
- Prepare periodic reports, such as informing employees about expired leave hours
Requirements
- MBO work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative role or HR-related field
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
