Job Title: Administrative HR Assistant

Are you looking for a role in a dynamic environment where your administrative experience will be well-utilized? As an Administrative HR Assistant at DSV in Venlo, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personnel administration, excluding payroll, and activities related to employee intake, progression, and exit.
  • Process hours and corrections for temporary workers, prepare periodic reports, and inform employees about expired leave hours.
  • Track certifications, maintain an up-to-date overview of employees' qualifications, and process salary adjustments based on years of experience.
Requirements:
  • MBO work and thinking level, preferably in an administrative role or HR-related field.
  • Some experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
