About the Role
As an Administrative HR Assistant at DSV, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of our HR processes. This includes various tasks such as checking absences, sending reports to managers, and processing hours and corrections for temporary workers.
Your Responsibilities
- Send lists to suppliers for new employees' work clothes and shoes
- Keep employee records up-to-date regarding anniversaries and retirement eligibility
- Track certifications to maintain an overview of employees' qualifications
- Process salary adjustments based on years of experience
