Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our Intelligent Services Enterprise Account Team. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving digital technology transformation in partnership with our customers, to achieve both Microsoft and customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute go-to-market sales strategies to ensure success within your market based on Microsoft's and customer/partner needs.
- Lead a team of sellers to execute sales strategies, achieve targets, and build pipelines that drive growth and accelerate customer/partner value realization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hold others accountable to drive orchestration amongst internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a broad executive network inclusive of partners, and cultivate an ecosystem of customer and external partners to accelerate consumption and/or growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND several years of experience in sales, marketing/advertising, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
- Several years of experience in sales and managing sales and technical sales teams (people management, as direct report).
