Wilgenhaege is een investeringsmaatschappij. Onze beleggingsonderneming beheert vermogens van vermogende particulieren en brengt beleggingsproducten op de markt. De focus van onze diensten ligt op professionaliteit, dienstverlening en diepgaande kennis van de financiële markten. Onze investeringstak is gericht op volgende generatietechnologie op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Daarbij kun je onder anderen denken aan schone energieopslagsystemen en productietechnologie waardoor fabrieken kunnen gaan produceren op een manier dat helemaal geen broeikasgassen meer worden uitgestoten.

Als sales director ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van beleggingsproducten. Dit kan zijn aan ondernemers, particulieren of institutionele marktpartijen. Aan onze investeringen liggen duurzame en revolutionaire ideeën ten grondslag die in belangrijke mate ‘in-house’ zijn ontwikkeld. Onze investeringen worden ondernemingen. De verwachting is dat enkele van deze ondernemingen op middellange termijn een beursgang zullen maken. Als sales director lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei van onze deelnemingen in een vroeg stadium. Aangezien onze projecten betrekking hebben op ‘next generation’ duurzame technologie kun je de investeerders in onze initiatieven duidelijk maken dat aantrekkelijke rendementen én een duurzame samenleving hand in hand gaan.

Commercieel instinct is je aangeboren. Je weet wat het is om hoogwaardige financiële producten te verkopen.

**Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- **Leidinggeven**: Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team van een jong, ambitieus sales team.
- ** Team Uitbreiding**: Actief werven en integreren van nieuwe talenten om het sales team uit te breiden en te versterken.
- ** Strategie Ontwikkelen**: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van effectieve verkoopstrategieën om onze investeringsproducten te promoten.
- ** Training en Ontwikkeling**: Bieden van regelmatige trainingen en workshops om de verkoopvaardigheden van het team te verbeteren.
- ** Doelgerichte Beloning**: Opzetten van incentiveprogramma’s en verkoopwedstrijden om het team te motiveren.
- ** Data-gedreven Besluitvorming**: Analyseren van verkoopdata en KPI’s om prestaties te monitoren en te optimaliseren.
- ** Feedback en Communicatie**: Zorgen voor regelmatige feedbacksessies en open communicatiekanalen.

**Jouw Profiel**:

- **Ervaring**: 10 jaar praktische verkoopervaring in de business-to-consumer markt waarvan minstens 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een salesomgeving, bij voorkeur met het opbouwen van sales teams.
- ** Leiderschap**: Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om een team te motiveren en te inspireren.
- ** Verkoopvaardigheden**: Uitstekende verkoop
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- ** Communicatie**: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- ** Resultaatgericht**: Sterke focus op resultaten en het behalen van verkoopdoelen.
- ** Analytisch**: Vermogen om verkoopdata te analyseren en op basis daarvan strategische beslissingen te nemen.
- ** Flexibiliteit**: Aanpassingsvermogen en de vaardigheid om in een snel veranderende omgeving te werken.
- ** Empathisch Leider**: Je beschikt over de kwaliteiten om de sterke eigenschappen in anderen naar boven te halen en weet draagvlak te creëren in het team.
