Jouw Rol

Als onze Lead Robotics Architect ben jij het brein achter onze robotsystemen en geef je vorm aan de toekomst van tuinbouwautomatiseringen. Je leidt het ontwerp, de ontwikkeling en implementatie van baanbrekende robotica-oplossingen die efficiëntie en productiviteit in kassen van alle formaten zullen verbeteren.

Wat Je Gaat Doen:
  1. Innoveren en Leiden: Je leidt het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van robotsystemen voor handelingen zoals planten, oogsten, gewasmonitoring en precisiespuiten.
  2. Samenwerken en Integreren: Werkt nauw samen met teams van engineering, software, elektro en agronomie om naadloze robotische platforms te creëren.
  3. Definiëren en Ontwikkelen: Stelt systeemvereisten, ontwerpen en interfaces op gebaseerd op landbouw workflows, milieuomstandigheden en gebruikersbehoeften.
  4. Verkennen en Implementeren: Drijf innovatie door opkomende technologieën, methodologieën en best practices in robotica, automatisering, machine learning en sensortechnologie te onderzoeken.
  5. Mentoren en Begeleiden: Bied technische begeleiding en mentorschap aan junior engineers en bevorder een cultuur van excellentie en voortdurende leergierigheid.
  6. Strategiseren en Plannen: Werk samen met productmanagement- en business development teams om klantvereisten en marktinzichten om te zetten in uitvoerbare engineeringplannen.
  7. Evalueren en Beslissen: Leid technologische evaluaties, haalbaarheidsstudies en risicoanalyses om strategische beslissingen te informeren.
  8. Vertegenwoordigen en Leiden: Vertegenwoordigt Viscon Group op conferenties en technische forums, bouwt partnerschappen op en vestigt thought leadership in de sector.

Wat vragen we van je?

We zoeken een kandidaat met:

  • Bachelor, master of Ph.D. diploma in robotica, informatica, elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of aanverwant vakgebied.
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van robotsystemen, bij voorkeur in agrarische of aanverwante sectoren.
  • Sterke expertise in de ontwikkeling van roboticasoftware, waaronder ROS (Robot Operating System), perceptie, bewegingsplanning en besturingsalgoritmen.
  • Vaardigheid in mechanisch ontwerp en simulatie en vertrouwdheid met de principes van mechatronica.
