The Regulatory Intelligence Manager at ASML is responsible for leading a global team to identify and mitigate external regulatory risks, ensuring the company's position on product safety and regulatory compliance on the global market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute the corporate regulatory process, ensuring compliance with global regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with country experts to monitor and understand new and upcoming regulations, standards, and regulatory trends.
- Develop and implement strategies with competence leaders, legal, and governmental affairs to address lobby and standardization approaches for upcoming product standards and regulations.
- Coordinate global participation of ASML people in working groups and committees, representing the company as a senior representative in technical taskforces, workgroups, and standardization committees.
- Maintain an extensive network to ensure ASML is optimally placed in its understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
- A technical master's degree in a relevant field, such as Physics or Electronics engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in dealing with standardization and conformity assessments.
- Experience working in a high-tech, high-demanding, and dynamic environment.
- Previous in-depth experience in translating technical challenges into regulatory aspects.
- A passion for matching targets in these fields realistically with business constraints.

- Proven understanding of the value of shaping regulations and standards towards innovation and business needs.
- Excellent relationship building, influencing, and negotiating abilities.
- Self-confidence and communications skills to operate at all levels, both internally and externally.
