Job Opportunity

As a key member of our café team, you'll work in a welcoming Nordic café environment, integrated within our store, where quality, service, and guest satisfaction are paramount. A customer-focused mindset and flexibility come naturally to you. You and your team will be responsible for crafting a warm and inspiring café atmosphere, combined with a unique local service culture. Your role is essential in creating memorable experiences that showcase the best of our brand.

You'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service at every turn. From warmly welcoming and actively attending to customers' needs, you'll provide a genuine and personalized experience. Your responsibilities include serving high-quality beverages and food products at a consistently high standard, promoting the culture, values, and concept of the café as a whole. You'll contribute to the daily operation of the café in-store.

While prior experience in customer service in the food and beverage industry is desirable, it's not mandatory.

Job Location

This role is based in our store, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
