About the Role

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will play a crucial role in financial accounting and control, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and procedures, adhering to recognized international and local accounting standards.
  • Perform and supervise hotel internal audit checks, including income audit and cashiering.
  • Ensure accurate banking of cash, reconciled with appropriate paperwork, in line with SOPs.
  • Undertake all other elements of cashiering duties, including change orders, managing/reviewing hotel and petty cash, and completion of cash machine users' audit.
  • Support the external or internal audit process with regards to test of controls and the preparation of documents.
  • Review tourist tax reconciliations of the hotels.
  • Produce and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly management & financial reporting.
  • Create valuable insights by analyzing big and complex datasets.
  • Prepare general ledger journal entries, including correction journals, petty cash, and revenue transfer journals.
  • Prepare nominated Balance Sheet Reconciliations for NL/UK/Italy entities.
  • Liaise and support other centralized transactional teams, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to ensure accurate, efficient, and effective processes.
  • Inform and update the Cluster Income Audit Manager/Business Controller directly on problems and abnormalities.
