Role Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Lead – NCC Group

Location: Global

NCC Group is a leading cybersecurity company that provides innovative solutions to make the world a safer place. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead will support the Group Commercial Finance Director in the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting of the NCC Group business. This role will act as a trusted advisor, providing robust financial evaluation to inform and influence decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision making.
  • Provide regular analysis and insights to the Group Commercial Finance Director and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Ensure all data and reporting is accurate and robust, highlighting inaccuracies and driving continuous improvement.
  • Support the wider GCF team with ad-hoc special projects and the development of planning models.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret diverse and complex data and summarise for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • IT confident, with experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
