Job Summary

We are seeking a Global Product Marketing Specialist for our Security Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth initiatives and owning the portfolio creation and management in your domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all solutions, products and services assigned to you in a responsible manner over their entire life cycle in close collaboration with country business leadership.
  • Develop and manage product and service portfolios to match customer and market needs.
  • Own the product strategic vision and initiate New Product Introduction roadmaps, influencing Global Products and 3rd party feature requirements to drive growth.
  • Create business cases for projects and product requirements.
  • Provide direct sales support as a first point of contact for special solutions and requirements.
  • Coordinate and support the roll-out of new products, product enhancements and End-of-Life activities.
  • Support the maintenance, design, development and distribution of sales and marketing support material, training and technical documentation jointly with the marketing department.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in CCTV or Access Controls or Intrusion Detection (Security).
  • Previous experience in a Sales role.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office.
  • A high degree of self-initiative and flexibility.
  • Target- and results-oriented working.
  • Assertiveness and a high degree of self-confidence.
  • Good self-management and structured approach.
  • Good knowledge in project and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Marketing, or similar is preferred. Technical Background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering is also an asset. Familiarity with country business processes and countries-specific regulation is beneficial. Good skills in Sales Force are desirable.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
